~7 years · reported directly to Elon Musk for 3Transformed and led both Business and Product. Grew revenue from $400M to $1B ARR. Rebuilt engineering team from scratch, modernized the entire API, launched flagship Pay-Per-Use, reopened the ecosystem and grew developers 4X, and drove new vision to the X Everything API. Executed with <20 person team, down from original ~350 person org during Twitter and delivered across extreme chaos.

The first SpaceXAI grokathon, with the X API team onsite giving out special access and prizes.

500+ handpicked developers building for 24 hours. Track winners won a paid trip to a Starship launch, and top builders were considered for xAI jobs.
- xAI Hackathon + early Grok API
Co-led xAI Hackathon with @xAI, @XDevelopers & @Replit. Provided early Grok API access and exclusive access to the new X API, and judged projects as a lead panelist.

A multi-day hackathon at X HQ with xAI and X Careers, ending in final demos for Elon. The winners were the first public Grok API users.
